Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States of America – The partners at EMBLEM Strategies capitalize on more than a century of combined real-world experience in finance, government, academia, business and economic development to secure funding for innovative projects.

Cornell Wesley (former Economic Development Representative – EDA), Shawna McWaters (former Chief of Staff at the Oklahoma Department of Commerce), Amy Ford (current member of the Regional University Board of Regents), and Josh McClintock (former Legislative Director for Congressman JC Watts) joined forces to provide assistance to rural and urban municipalities, tribal nations and a variety of public and private clients to build capacity and promote transformational activities that provide high impact.

EMBLEM Strategies, LLC was established in response to demands for more diversity, specialized expertise and a one-stop shop for business development. EMBLEM is a full-service consulting firm specializing in lending assistance, community and economic development, marketing, education and entrepreneurship for a broad range of clients in the public, private and non-profit sectors. EMBLEM specializes in building, guiding and retaining high-performance teams to develop and implement the strategies necessary to lead successful organizations and accelerate growth. The company’s mission is to provide a comprehensive suite of business services and project management, from development through completion, under ONE umbrella.

“Today businesses actively seek a firm such as ours.  We offer a one stop shop for business, local and state governments as well as higher education, tribal government and private enterprises,” said EMBLEM President and Principal Cornell Wesley.  “We must be intentional and concerned about traditional businesses as well as the urban core and underserved communities.  That is how Oklahoma businesses become even more resilient and undergo meaningful growth.  We cannot have a global impact with a domestic traditionalist mindset but rather we must evolve and adapt to changing market demands.”

EMBLEM’s current client roster includes tech start-ups, business relocations, municipalities, tribal nations, and rural water systems in Oklahoma as well as neighboring and southeast states.  EMBLEM headquarters at Vault 405 in Edmond.
