EDsmart, an independent college rankings and education research publisher, today released an updated 2026–2027 guide to affordable online MBA programs ranking 15 accredited schools by verified published MBA program cost, with institution-level average net price data from the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard.

As graduate tuition continues to climb at many business schools, EDsmart’s analysis finds that quality accredited online MBA programs can still be completed for a fraction of elite program prices. The Top 15 includes multiple programs among the lowest verified published-cost options in the analysis, with nine holding AACSB business accreditation.

How EDsmart ranked the programs

Schools are sorted by estimated total MBA program cost using a June 2026 editorial snapshot from official MBA program and bursar pages, cross-checked against affordability research from GMAC, GetEducated, and Research.com. Each listing also includes NCES College Navigator data for average net price, retention, graduation rate, and median earnings where available. All ranked institutions are regionally accredited.
